Description
1964 Ford F100 1/2 Ton Styleside Short Bed - Take a good look at this beautiful, restored, classic, short bed pickup truck! I bought this truck in 2002, and just finished completely restoring it in 2007. I just bought a '50 Chevrolet p/u and need to sell the '64. This '64 Ford F100 p/u truck runs, drives, and sounds perfect(it should because i replaced everything with new, original parts)! The motor is a straight 6, completely restored from the bottom up, with all new, original parts. Also replaced with new; alternator, battery, radiator, fuel lines, rebuilt carburetor, air filter, fuel pump and filter, starter, fan, water pump, wires/plugs/cap/rotor, all hoses, timing chain, clutch, shocks, front and rear brakes, king pins, and dual Flowmaster exhaust from motor to rear. As far as i know, the transmission is original and is a manual w/ 3 on the tree. The rear end is also the original, and I believe it's geared to 3.25? The gas tank was removed and resealed. The interior has been completely redone with new; reupholstered seat, headliner, carpet, window seals, and window scrapers and vent window parts. The front heater works great and doesn't leak. Front and rear chrome bumpers, front grille, tires and hubcaps are also new. I also added a custom tonneau cover. Everything electrical works like new; headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn signals, horn, interior light, emergency brake, speedometer and odometer, dimmer switch, original radio, and all dash gauges. The glove box interior is also new and includes a Kenwood CD player that is hidden and works good. Original key and door locks. The truck is 99.8% rust free, it has a rust hole the size of a quarter near the inside of front, left wheel well(look at picture). The restoration of this truck was finished in '07, and has been a daily driver since then. I have put maybe 5000 miles of the motor. When I bought the truck in '02, body work was already done and was repainted two tone red/white, it's orig color. This truck is a must see, and will win many trophies in the future. It's not an expert restoration, but a good one just the same. I have over $10k invested. The truck can be driven anywhere and is ready for whatever tasks are needed! It needs nothing, just a new owner. Please call me for any questions or additional pics. I am asking $11,500 or best offer. I am not in a hurry to sell, so no low-ballers or tire-kickers. I do not want any trades, just cash. Full financing is available!
