Steal away from us an awesome 2006 Keystone Raptor 40 ft toy hauler fifth wheel. Sleeps 5 in beds, 1 adult or 2 kids on table/bed and 2 in recliners. Three slides and 3 axles, over-sized garage area gives you more room than and apartment.
From the front: Full closet across the front of the camper in the "Master Bedroom". Loads of shelving to put clothes or extras. Coat closet gives more room for the need to grab quick items, also has a TV strapped down to the shelf above for easy viewing. Large drawer unit under a cabinet space and window to have all your folded clothes, storage under the Queen size bed (memory bed included). Sink and full medicine cabinet with more cabinet/storage and drawer space available. Curtain to close off the bedroom. Full shower and separate water closet (toilet) can also be divided off by a pocket door. We added another AC unit in the master area for more comfort. Works great!
The living area consists of 2 wall recliners that give you the comforts of home. Table can seat 4 (also drops down to make a bed), and has storage under the seats. There are cabinets that run the full length of this slide and are deep enough to hold everything. Full pantry with flat screen TV above it, we added a tracking (while parked) satellite dish unit as well. Surround sound. Living area also has its own AC unit as well as furnace that is vented throughout the living area. Kitchen has lots of room to cook. Large fridge/freezer, 3-burner stove/oven unit, microwave, and full size sink with pull out facet sprayer. Storage next to oven, next to microwave, drawers for utensils, storage under the sink, and also cabinets above by the sink. Two extensions on the bar give even more room to sit. Our whole family (5 of us) usually sits here to eat. Queen size bed in the loft with cabinets for storage.
The 12 ft garage has a TV mounted to the wall, drop down workstation, and cabinets that run the full width of the camper. Tie down rails and straps are included. Our kids slept out here and we also are including the rugs used to cover the tie down rails. Drop down gate to garage and door make very easy access to the outside when needed, also flood lights to work by. The outside of the camper has 2 storage boxes underneath for holding tools and sewer equipment, outside shower and fueling station, awning, over-sized underbelly to store all of your outside tables and chairs as well as a grill. Outside radio and this rig also comes with a built in generator with interior remote start and 20 gal fuel capacity. Very quiet. THIS IS A MUST SEE!
