Located near Williamsport, PA. Includes WeatherPro awning, Moving View self-aiming satellite dish, many extras. Original Owners. Chevy WorkHorse Heavy Duty Chassis with a 8.1 liter gasoline engine which delivers 340 hp power and 455 lbs/ft torque.

The motorhome comes with a WeatherPro awning, the awning that extends and retracts at the push of a button and automatically rolls itself up when there is too much rain or wind, and a Moving View satellite dish which can be set for either Dish or DirectTV to automatically seek out the correct satellites.

Also included is a CB and a self-illuminating doorstep that lights the entry steps when you approach in the dark. Electrical service is 30 amp with adapters for 20 and 50 amp hookups.

Hitch socket for towing a vehicle and a rear brush guard to prevent damage to the towed vehicle from thrown-up road pebbles.

It has a 5 speed auto OD transmission, 14,700 low miles, auto and/or manual hydraulic levelers, rear monitor, 4000 kw generator, awnings over each slide-out, a15M ducted A/C, stainless steel wheel liners, hitch and basement storage. Very comfortable interior with living room slide-out, power driver's seat, 24" flat screen TV and DVD player, galley equipped with convection microwave, desk or vanity in bedroom. Ready to live in, complete with kitchen utensils and appliances. Pictures and details are available by phoning my cell (570) 220-7784 , Priced at $63,000.

The unit has a Workhorse Chassis with an 8.1 liter engine, capable of handling the most demanding hills. I can not say much about the top speed because I do not believe in driving a vehicle of that weight at high speeds because of greater-than-desired stopping distances. I would rather drive to my destination than be towed to it. I was able to tow our 4000-pound tow vehicle with no difficulty.

Why are we selling? Longtime RVers (20 years), we spent 15 months in 2006 and 2007 wandering the Western states and sightseeing till our eyes were sore. Along the way, both my wife and I reached septuagenarian status and found that we lacked the energy for concentrated camping. In short, we found that camping seems more work than fun, so we have decided to call a halt to it. Much to our sorrow, we are abandoning our nomadic life on the road and selling our RV.

The rig's 30-foot length makes it very easy to handle. On top of that, it has a rear view TV built into the dash to enable you to see behind you when you are backing onto a campsite. The lens angle is adjustable so that you can look straight down, enabling you to view directly down on your back bumper to avoid backing into a tree or stump or picnic table ... or even as your backing guide. Even more useful is that fact that my wife can stand at the back of the camper and give oral directions to a microphone built into the rear camera and can be heard clearly by me in the driver's seat. I have warned my wife not to get too accustomed to it because that is the ONLY occasion when I will do exactly what she tells me. I usually have my wife stand at the spot where I want the left rear corner of the motorhome to come to a stop, then I just aim to run her down. (I have never succeeded yet, but she helps me park it correctly.)

The unit has two slide-outs: a 6.5-foot slide in the back bedroom and a 12-foot slide in the living/dining room area up front. The miniature-size 4-foot, 11-inch living room sofa was uncomfortable, so we replaced it with a pair of comfortable armchairs. The bed, by the way, is queen size which hinges up to provide generous storage space underneath.

It has a built-in 24-inch TV and is wired for a second TV in the bedroom. The dashboard radio can be turned on from the bedroo
